If you are moving to the greater New York City area in the near future, you can get a great start working in our award-winning programs for people with developmental and learning disabilities. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the health and human services field. And we’ll give you the support you need to grow. If you’re already experienced in the field, we’ll provide the professional development you need to advance your career.
YAI/NIPD Network is a team environment, offering supportive supervision and career opportunities that maximize your abilities and experience. If you’re just starting out, gain direct service expertise in residential group homes, day programs, in-home family, or employment training settings. Experienced professionals will be more interested in our supervisory or clinical career opportunities.
HOUSING
Housing assistance is available for those candidates who qualify. YAI/NIPD recognizes that finding housing in the Greater New York area can be difficult. Therefore, we have temporary housing options for relocating employees in need of assistance. These include leased apartments, leased private homes, and live-in apartments in group homes.
