Summer & Holiday Employment
YAI/NIPD Network has developed a unique program that provides opportunities for college students to earn extra money by working with people with developmental disabilities during summers (May-August), winter breaks, and/or holidays. You can gain valuable work experience and feel the sense of accomplishment that comes only from making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
As part of our Summer & Holiday Employment Program, you will work alongside the best in the field and experience these great advantages:
- Excellent salary.
- Earn over $6,000 for summer and Holiday employment in one year with additional bonus opportunities.
- Earn up to $25-$30,000 during your 4 years of college.
- Receive $1000 graduation gift upon completion of third summer of work in a residential program.
